New and convenient location

not enough clean, can see many dust on the partition

Multi lingual support and a friendly staff.

I was under the impression that check in was 12:30 and upon arrival at 1pm I was told that my room would not be available until 4pm check in that day. That is bad service.

The staff is excellent, super helpful and really wants to help. This was our 2nd stay with Hearton Hotel.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were helpful

This hotel should have 2 star not 3 star

the location of the hotel was superb. the hotel was fairly close to a couple of subway station entrance, which made it ideal for with transportation. the rooms were nice and comfy.

The room,bed,stores and nice people.

The location was absolutely perfect. The staff was so accommodating and spoke English, allowed us to leave our luggage there as we arrived a few hours before check-in. A minute walk to the train station. Several convenience stores nearby. Such a calm, quiet part of Osaka but still within waking distance of dotonbori and lots of restaurants and shopping areas. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit!

My only complaint was the bed and pillows were not very comfortable but this seemed to be the norm in pretty much every hotel I’ve stayed in Japan.

Very near stations and main areas

Hallways smell like cigarettes. The entrance always smelled like cigarettes because the smoking area was right next to the entrance. The pillows were terrible as they felt they were just filled with plastic pellets.

Professional staff, clean, there is a supermarket nearby to grab snacks.

The location is great!

The entrance lobby smells of smoke and the rooms are very small for 2 people, the price is too high for the room.

The property is next to a station, McDonalds and AEON grocery store which is very convenient to us. The beds are comfortable to me and the room is spacious.

It’s 20 min walk to Dotonbori.

Super clean and surprisingly spacious in comparison to other hotels. Very walkable to train stations for easy access to tourist spots in Osaka or for day trips outside of the city.

The room is smaller than other Japanese hotel

The location of this hotel was amazing—there's a 24-hour market right downstairs, a McDonald's just around the corner, and a subway entrance less than a 3-minute walk away. What more could you ask for?

The bed was decent, though a little more comfort would’ve made it perfect.

Great location, nice rooms, staff very helpful.

Loved the staff. They were very helpful. Bathroom shower and bath were perfect. Soaps were very nice. Super nice to have microwave and water dispenser available (one one floor).

Staff was helpful and very polite, rooms was a decent size compared to others we stayed in and location was close to many train stations and tourist hot spots

No laundry service

Room was larger compared to other hotels. Bed comfortable and bathroom had a full bathtub. Amenities available near reception. Staff can also friendly and can communicate in english well. Hotel is located right beside a 24H grocery store with a good selection of goods. The nearest entrance to Yotsubashi station is also a short distance from the hotel. The only con is that the lobby is also beside the smoking area and the smell can easily escape into the common areas. With regard to the train station, be prepared to take a lot of stairs and to walk as it is a labyrinth once you enter. The exits with escalator and elevator access are about a block away from the hotel.

Great location. But felt like staying in 2* or lower hotel. The bed /mattress was on a poor condition. Smoking smells were in the lobby and our smoking free room. We also did not feel hospitality like staying other hotels in Japan, especially at breakfast time.

Will not recommend.
